Moreover, independent of skill-level, each player can set goals and achieve them in their own game, which builds a sense of accomplishment and confidence in young people.

I believe my approach to coaching is different than anything I had growing up and I would have had greater success if I knew what I know now. My goal is to make sure my players have all the knowledge so they can create their own growth on the court.

I played volleyball for 8 years (since 7th grade to one year in college). I desire to be a coach because I had a great time playing volleyball at Sandhills when I was young. I want other girls to have that same experience, friendships, and memories that I received.

This will be Audrey's first coaching opportunity and she is extremely excited to help athletes grow both as a player and as a person. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys eating good food, napping, watching films, and taking long romantic walks on the beach.

Mo has coached travel for 10 years an high school for four years. She coaches to watch the development in players and to be a part of that growth. Mo loves to travel and read.
