2023 Camps and Clinics
2024 Camps and Clinics will be announced in the spring
June 13, 14, 15 – Sandhills Intermediate/Advanced Volleyball Camp Fundraiser
This camp is designed for middle and high school students in grades 6-12. This camp will be
run and managed by our 17U Dal National Team as a fundraiser for their trip to the USAV 17U National Championships to be held in Chicago. It will be held for 3 days from 9am-noon @ Freedom Sportsplex.
Cost $125.00.
June 19-20 – Youth Camp
This camp is for new and inexperienced youth players up to age 12. This 2 day camp will run from 6-8:30 for both nights and will be led by experienced coaches with assistance from some of your favorite Sandhills players from various area high schools.
Cost is $85.00.
July 10-12 – Middle School Camp
This camp is for the new and intermediate middle school players (typically grades 6-8) looking to get some quality skill instruction and development before the middle school and club season tryouts. This 3 day camp will run from 6-8:00 pm each night and will be led by experienced coaches who can focus on the basic and advanced needs of young athletes with diverse abilities.
Cost is $100.00.
July 17-19 – High School Camp
This camp is designed to help new and returning high school aged players prepare for the high school and club tryout process. Athletes will get training in hitting, defense, setting, blocking, and running team offenses and defenses. After the 3rd day of camp, there will be a 30 minute informational session for parents and/or players which will focus on navigating the high school and club tryout process followed by a question and answer session. This 3 day camp will run from 6-8:00 pm each night and will be led by experienced and successful high school and club coaches.
Cost is $125.00.
Sandhills Volleyball Club High School Open Gym
Returning for the 2nd year, SandhillsVolleyball Club will host open gym nights for ANY high school aged player every Tuesday and Thursday night in July. Athletes pay to reserve their spot for the month and only 60 spots are available (first come first serve). Athletes gain valuable game experience prior to the high school and club tryouts while also developing and creating bonds with other players in the
region. The cost is $60 for current Sandhills members and $80 for non-members.
